this might sound like a stupid question, but how are you supposed to hold a superstrat to play a solo standing. I ask this because Im used to soloing with a V and when I used my superstrat(was neglected for a while) it felt so different because the body hangs in a very different position than my V. So, am I supposed to tilt my guitar forward, rest it on my leg, or play it in the natural hanging position(in which I cant reach higher frets easily). sitting and soloing is easy though. Everything feels so wierd.

I think im missing something here... but a strap? you will get used to standing up and playing, your hand might be sore but give it a break and play when it feels ok.
