So I was walking around campus today and I started having some new lyric ideas. As soon as got to class I wrote them down and a few more flew out. So I haven't spent much time on 'em, just kinda spur of the moment jotting. Let me know what you think, though!

Walkin' around, I feel like
I should know what I'm doing
I've waited too long
for life to move this fast
and without any direction
I'll just end up going mad

get up, get up,
get up and take an inhale
get up, forget
forget about your life

sitting alone, I can feel
my heart's racing for no one
running like a rodent
on a wheel that's going nowhere
and without any sense at all
that's just where I'll end up

get up, get up
get up and breathe it in
get up, forget
forget it all and give a grin

let the world fall away one piece at a time
until its just you sitting in the here and now
let yourself and the world forget about each other
let it all dissolve, it'll be there when you need it
but for now

get up, get up,
get up and take an inhale
get up, forget
forget about your life

Pretty simple structure, and I'll probably have the chorus repeat each time. I've already got a couple riffs for this so you might be hearing a song soon. (Unless you hate it, in which case you probably won't listen to the song.) Anyway, tell me what you think, what could be fixed up, added, removed, whatever. Thanks!
