Hi everyone!!! hope you're all good and can help me with this (sorry my if my english sucks) ...well this is the thing...i have some friends that have a band and i have been looking to start learning the guitar 2 years ago but i never got the chance or never went to deep with it ( i had some money issues with some jobs and my car got broke :/ )...so this time i realy want to get it started before something happens but i dont know what to buy....i have been thinking about epiphone les paul since is the guitar model i love the most and since buying an agile is out of question due to shipments being to expensive.so can you give me some advice on a cheap les paul copy for a begginer pls.my budget is around 300 €..i know its low but i am paying my car and that ripes me off

these are some of the guitars i seen so far:

Those would all be reasonable choices. Also check out makes like Vintage and Gould, they make some excellent quality LP copies which should be well within your budget.
Gibson LP Traditional, LP GT, LP Studio, SG Standard x2
Barber Tone Press > EHX Worm >TC Polytune > MXR Custom Badass 78 > EXH Glove > EHX East River Drive > Zoom G3 > TC Spark Mini Booster

Marshall TSL602

Look for an Ibanez AR series too. If it has to be one of those though any of the last two will suit you good .

I would go with the standard or the Gothic. The two people above made good sense too.
Jackson RR3 Rhoads
Gibson Les Paul Studio
Ibanez RG1550M
Kramer Striker 211

Marshall MA100C
Boss GT-10 Guitar Multi Effects

I'm not trying to put you off of anything but its risky bussiness buying a dear guitar for a first one for an amplifier it costs at least 200 for a decent one and then the guitar will all of its components try skylark guitars google them they are pretty cheap and decent and get something like a roland for a first amp maybe a 50 watt or 75 watt
___________
Jackson Stratocaster
Stagg Stratocaster
Epiphone Es-335
Eastwood LA125EQ

_________
Crybaby Wah Standard
Boss SuperChorus

___________
Hiwatt 15watt
Line 6 Spider IV 75 watt
Marshall Pocket amp

Voodoo Chile )

i understand your point of buying a cheaper guitar but problem is that that guitar in skylark will cost me the same has the above posted due to shipments and tax, where the others already include that in the price
anyway i was shearching a litle more in the am.p part (didnt knew the amp was so important has guitar lol ) and found this thing :

http://www.thomann.de/pt/roland_cube40xl.htm is it good for that price?

also found this guitar

http://www.thomann.de/pt/harley_benton_hbl500bk_egitarre.htm

http://www.thomann.de/pt/harley_benton_hb-l400cs_gitarre.htm

btw anyone can tell if the sound samples in the site are acurate??can i trust them to have a "picture " of how the things sound??

ty once again to all

even though shipping is expensive, Id still go with the agile. higher quality parts than the ones on those guitars, solid build, real maple tops, grovers, and look pretty forthe same price as those lower quality guitars, and shipping isnt too terrible too.

http://www.rondomusic.com/electricguitar-ss7.html

the AL-2000 would cost you 225USD + 93USD shipping for a total of around 323USD. much less than than the les paul standard would cost you shipped to Viseu, portugal. And its better.

If the build quality is better go for it! You will want a guitar that will serve you for a good amount of time. You can always mod it to make it better.

I've just googled & picked a random link for each make.

Here's a site selling Gould guitars:
http://www.musicallyyours.co.uk/GuitarsBasses/ElectricGuitars/GouldGuitars/tabid/428/Default.aspx

...and here's one selling Vintage Guitars:
http://www.gear4music.com/Electric_Guitars/Vintage_Electric.html

Also, have you read any reviews of the Epiphone Nighthawk you're considering? Epiphone are good in general, but I've never heard anything positive about that particular model.

well after all this replies that you kindly made , i came down to some decisons on what to buy...still i need a final opinion from you guys hope you dont mind (i am an anoying guy i know lol )

amp i think the best choice would be the :

http://www.thomann.de/pt/peavey_vypyr_30.htm
since it fits nice into my budget...

has for guitars i am still havent decided...i did some search on the youtube to see how they sound like and i must say the agile wins this point...they realy sound nice but the ibanez art doesnt sound bad either....on the other hand there is the vintage and gould guitars that are cheaper and are nice for the price i think...didnt realy loved the sound of the gothic epi, only from the studio delux
so has for guitars help me choose betwen :

http://www.musicallyyours.co.uk/GuitarsBasses/ElectricGuitars/GouldGuitars/tabid/428/Default.aspx (183 € + 15 € shipement = 198 € )

http://www.gear4music.com/Guitar-and-Bass/Vintage-V100-Electric-Guitar-Honey-Burst/9HV (263 € + 15 € shipment =278€ )

http://www.rondomusic.com/product3122.html ( 164 € + 65€ shipments + 65 € case = 294 € )

http://www.thomann.de/pt/ibanez_gart60_bkn.htm (253 € with free shipment )
