I tend to write songs in clusters... in other words, the beginning is not like the middle, is not like the end. In any case, here's a song:

The words are below. The final section is not sung... I wanted a female voice, and substituted with a small guitar part to reflect the singing melody.

Using my Casper-GT guitar through a clean amp... a bit of drive added around 1:20 via the Analog Alien FuzzBubble-45.

WORDS:

It’s raining, it’s pouring… the whole world is boring,
And I just can’t get out of bed.
It’s too late to open that door,
And start the day without you.

Day time or night time
Is always a fun time,
Whenever you’re near me, it’s true…
And it’s too late to open that door,
And start the day without you.

Just a moment to linger… just a moment to sigh,
The birds are singing that you are on my mind.

(Woman)....
Forgive me now, for the summer lost.
I never knew you well,
But my life has changed its course.

I let you go, I wonder at what cost.
The season has become the ‘summer of remorse.’
