Har har lazy pitmonkeys. I know y'all have lives (well... some?) and all, but who gets their daily exercise in? Or are you a couch tater? lol.

I used to run for exercise and eventually replaced it with skateboarding because I can skate hard enough for it to be a pretty strenuous workout. But I've hurt my recurring wrist injury too much the last couple of weeks and have to call it quits until I can build strength in my wrist again. Guess it's back to running.

I am in offseason right now so i weigh about 255 at 9% bodyfat.

anyways, i go between bodybuilding and strength training. Im still too skinny to be burning calories with cardio work XD

I try to work out as often as I can. I don't want to become a flabby bastard.

I just bought some dumbells, a barbell and some weights. That's about all I need to at least maintain what I have already.
I shall grant you three wishes.

Pay attention folks. This is how internet arguments start. One guy posts information. Another user makes assumption about the guy. Offended user assumes back. Then come the insults and then other users join in until the someone stops posting.


I exercise on average 3 times a week running less than a mile each time. I keep getting shin splints. I weigh about 130lbs so it's not like I'm fat anyways.

A 40lb resistance tube 3x a week for weight lifting, and blast beats 3x a week for cardio (I'm not kidding about the blast beats either, 2.5 hours straight feels like running a 3k). I still have a fat stomach though because ale tastes good.

Run 5 days a week about 6-8 miles per session and I lift 3 days a week. Good enough for me.

I try to run 4-5 times a week and do some light weight stuff. I'm not trying to get swoll (as the kids are saying); I'm trying be healthier. And I feel better after I exercise.
