Definitely get all the pedals first. Bass and amp are your least prioritys.

Well, without the bass and amp, the effects pedals don't do you much good.

Here are my thoughts...

-TS9B first, because you will always need tone.
-Wah next, because it's the effect you will use the most.
-Envelope filter is more of a boutique effect, I'd say that last.

Ultimately, how much you need each one for your sound is the most important guiding factor... If you already have a bass and amp, upgrading might not be as important as pushing your sound farther with effects.

Yeah but the big muff and dunlop doesn't cover everything.

You're slowly killing the speakers in those amps. Get a bass amp first and foremost.

Oh shit really? I don't play loud though. Or doesn't that matter?

Number one rule of bass guitar - never, EVER, play bass through a guitar amp.
[Insert something clever here]

It's hard to afford a bass amp though. So i'm gonna assume: bass amp 1st, then pedals, then bass?

Get a bass amp, and then it's up to you, you have pedals and basses so you've got more than some people already.

Yes, pretty much. Like that other guy said, get the pedals that affect your tone more first, or you plan on using more.
