On a whim picked up a volume pedal thinking hahhh like i need this or would use it...!! WOW!!! Just plugged it in and it's opened up a HUGE world of noodling!!! LOVE IT!! Especially feeding a Malekko Delay with a clean signal!! SWEET!!!!

I gutted a cheap wah and it's now a volume pedal.... Little use for it though...

I still have a wah. I actually use that.

The one I gutted was bought on a whim for $10AU - the guy in the pawn shop said that the battery connection didn't work anymore, but I had no problems... Weird...
Any way, the wah sounded pathetic so I started tinkering. I suppose it could be handy for soundtrack work and ambient music, but I rarely get gigs for the former and it's been years since I fancied playing ambient stuff, too.

have u opened up an EB volume pedal and saw if u could fit a wah circuit in there so u got a was with crazy range?

u'd have to add a switch mechanism tho. but im sure u can.

k get to work.
