I think this guitar is stunning and i'm seriously thinking of picking it up. I'm not good enough to distinguish between between a decent guitar and good guitar yet but fortunately i have the means of spending this kind of dough. Any opinions on this puppy? I was thinking of just getting a PRS SE singlecut but think this looks nicer (though $1000 more). How are the pickups and dealies on this thing?

If you cant tell the difference get a cheapie and lessons until you can?

Seems overkill, but if you really want it, its a fantastic guitar.

I get lessons. I work hard for my money but make a decent amount of it so while I can't buy this kind of guitar every week, I can certainly get another one in a couple of years when my playing improves.... To be honest I just like buying guitars (and playing them too)

Its an amazing instrument (currently saving up for one myself ), but I have to ask, what is your amp?
Where's Waldo?

I have a Fender Super Champ XD. Is this the part where I'm supposed to get a new amp first (getting a new guitar is so much more exciting)!

Thats pretty much it. I need one too, but I cant stop buying guitars.
Maybe if a decent amp wasnt so ****ing expensive...

TS, I don't know if a guitar is so much better than an amp. Initially it is, but changing from something like your Fender, to a bigger Marshall, and just hitting an open E minor with some distortion is awesome.

/My 2cents.

this guitar is a beast. if you have the means buy it and hold onto eventually you'll get good and you wont need to upgrade. id love to own of these but unfourantly i dont have the means of spending that kind of dough haha. id like the 7 string verison though. imo kicks the prs se ass. id say it is a bit of metal guitar though so i hope you like metal.

Do more research. Don't buy off of looks. Go to a store for a day, and find out what you actually like playing.

Lol, I didn't expect this response from you. You're right though.
