No. Can't afford a new amp. I want to know if I can fix this. So REAL advice here please?

REAL advice might exist if we knew what amp it was and exactly what the problem is and when it happens. You were no more helpful than he

It happens when i plug my guitar into it. Sorry for not being more specific.

Try this one for size (before you get flamed like crazy)

1. What guitar are you using

2. What amp are you using?

3a. Do you have any pedals?
3b. How are you powering those pedals?

4. How loud are you playing your amp, and with how much gain?

5. Does the place where you are playing your amp have crummy power?

6. Does the buzz go away when you turn off lights/other things electrical in the room?

This will be a start anyways.

Most of mine came from my guitar. I bought an iSP Decimator, basically a noisegate pedal, and it took mostly all of the buzzing away without messing with the sound.

It could be a lot of things, like has been stated. In addition to souperman08's questions, did it always buzz, or did it just start? What pickups are you using?
