This is the Little Gem circuit used for a 9V mini portable amp, I made all of it by hand, including the metal grill, and set up from a blank aluminum box.
It mostly sounds clean, but i only had 500k pots for the controls, later on i'll get the proper pots and it should work even better.

Looks sweet. Its probably more durable than most of the other tiny portable amps out there. (and probably sounds better too)

She will join the prom.

She insists to wear this lights.

I don't think so.

How can I persuade her?

It's the Little Gem circuit. i just need to get the right potentiometers for it, and it'll be identical to it, other than the on/off switch and LED I added. I'm fairly impressed with how it turned out as far as looks.

I guess if I'd read your OP better I'd know that. Sorry... It looks fantastic!

It would be awesome if you could throw the chip from a Tubescreamer in there.

And a Dumble ODS, while he's at it.

It would be cool to add a 4558 chip or diode clipping distortion, but i have no idea how to modify the circuit that way.
