I hear envelope filter and chorus.

a lot of his tone is in his gear and fingers, you're never going to get the same thing

I believe he uses a whammy or some other kind of pitch shifter in parts of it.

There's definitely wah in Soothsayer, but an envelope filter couldn't hurt either. Big B uses one sometimes.

Everyone has been right so far.

The whole fingers argument is irrelevant. TS only asked for the effects. He didn't say he wanted the exact same tone.
