I found two awesome deals on these:

Rg4Fm-$200

Rg4Qm-$250

Both in like new condition. I simply want to know in your guys opinion from people who own these, which one is better? Or are they both the same?

Your help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Seth

It is the same guitar one has a quilted top (QM) and the other has a flame top (FM). So it really is just about which top you like.

Matter of personal preference and also remember that this post should go in the Electric Guitar sub forum, not this one.

The RG4FM is one of those Blue flames that's discontinued. Is that a good thing?

Having a discontinued finish is usually good, means that people who demand them will have a hard time finding that specific finish and might pay extra for it (after sometime has passed since its discontinuation).

Or it could mean that the guitar was crap, and the company realized it and discontinued it. Not saying that is the case, though.
