Lonely man
Don't be afraid
Your spirit soars inside us
Through the metal sky
While you sleep

Oh, dreamer,
Dreaming dreams of
Concrete jungles,
Lovers, spires built of iron,
And free will

Don't you know we're all the same?

Hungry man
We feel it too
Forced anorexic
By the toxic waste
Redemption plant

Oh, mutant,
Screaming "special"
Silent as the distance
Reduces your cries
To a whisper

Don't you know we're all the same?

Faceless man
We know you well
Son, wherever you are,
You are home
In our heart

Definitely did enjoy it, however I think it's too vague for its own good. I still can't decide whether that's part of the charm though.

It sounds very... paranoid to me, because the lyrics are so vague. That's definitely a good thing, though. Some lines, such as the last two verses at the end of the second stanza, sound too vague though.

nice direction with this piece. i think the theme is about survival in any circumstance. like a stressful situation or something else related.

i didnt fail. you got the main idea. i meant it more as a reasurance to myself and others. and also a reminder that we are all connected.

"Don't you know we are the same?"
should be changed to:
"Don't you know we're all the same?"
Just flows a little better I think.

Otherwise I like it alot. Your best one yet (that I've read)? ... on par with "Parenthetical Catharsis".
Empty tankard! Empty Tankard!
