Hi guys,

i want to buy a new guitar but i don't know any good and cheap guitars.
i am looking for a Cherry Sunburst LP. it doesn't have to be a gibson or epiphone.
but it has to be good.
I have like 200 euro's or more.
i dont want to gig.
I live in holland.

Greetings.

agile are meant to be good.

and define "good" anyway? to some "good" is gibson while to others "good" is squier.

give us

-Budget
-Location
-Gigging or not?
-anything else you specifically want (active p-ups, FR bridge, etc.)

Until you give us this, we can't help you that much.

That's the advantage of being such a distance from Yianni. I can continue to live my life without fear of stumbling upon his dark terror.

I would have to go with Agile. Since it's off-brand you'll get it cheaper but with pretty much the same sound as an Epi LP
Just because Lil Wayne sold a million albums doesn't make him good. It just means a million idiots bought his album.

He said Euros. Don't recommend Agile unless they're in the states.

He also gave you budget, location, and what he wants. Re-read the OP.

i wasn't given a budget, location or gig preference, i also wasn't given a currency.

but on what i do have

here's links to 4 guitars i've narrowed it down to for you

http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_hbl450cs.htm

http://www.thomann.de/gb/epiphone_les_paul_special_ii_hcs.htm

http://www.thomann.de/gb/epiphone_lp_100_ch.htm

http://www.thomann.de/gb/cort_classic_rock_cr100_csb.htm

the latter (cort classic rock) would be the one i'd reccomend from the above list.

however if you check the U-G classifieds section you might find something worth your while or even check ebay regularly and you might find something there too.

how does whether or not the instrument is intended for gigging affect his purchase?

I'd recommend saving more and buy a PRS singlecut. they have a cherry sunburst but im not sure how much more they have. think its a 2010 model. but if u get enough for that u could get a good epiphone

Doesn't Vintage make nice Gibson clones in the Euro market?
Gibson ES-137C
Parker P8EN
AC Custom Special P Bass

Hmm. You could try a Michael Kelly Patriot. I don't think you can get much quality for 200 euros, unless you buy used.
