Awhile ago, someone posted a trick involving a mirror on here. All I remember is that your face had to be a certain distance from the mirror (relatively close), and that the room had to be dim. If you followed the instructions, you would see distortions in your face. I'm sure this has been spun as supernatural in some cases, but the real explanation has something to do with how the circumstances mess with your brains ability to recognize familiar faces.

When I tried it, I saw myself age rapidly, until I looked very old. Most people just see their facial features disappear.

Anyways, does anybody else remember this, and/or have a link to it? I'd like to read it again.
