So i'm in the market for a new practice amp (i'm from brazil, so the pickings are slim) and these two amps have caught my eye. My guitar is an Epiphone Les Paul Custom, and I like to play anything from classic rock to some hard rock/metal (so anything from The Doors to Motley Crue). I'm leaning toward the Bugera because it seems more versatile, but then again the Laney is tubed, which means I could invest later on a good OD pedal for a much better sound that the BC15.

Any opinions?

Thanks

Are you sure there are no other options? Have you got a budget?

Check your used market (if it has a big one) you can usually find a wider variety and something that's better than the Cub. Just because it's valve doesn't mean it's good, the Cubs are pretty average.

That's the advantage of being such a distance from Yianni. I can continue to live my life without fear of stumbling upon his dark terror.
