hi Im having trouble finding a way to write prebends on a tab

e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|------11-13/16^18~---pb13r11^13~----/15-13^15~-----------------------------|
G|--/12----------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

I havent organized this yet, but what Im trying to do here is on the 11th fret position on the b string, prebend up to C and then release back to A# and bend back up to C and add vibrato. Is this the correct way to write it or is there another way.

the song is Asu E No Sanka - Marty Friedman at the end of the first clean part.

This is correct or you could write its as [pb13r11b13~]
Strat>Interstellar Overdriver>Little Big Muff>Supersonic Fuzz Gun>Crybaby Classic>Crybaby>VP Jr. (TU-2 tuner out)>Electric Mistress XO>RV-3>E-1005 w/ Footswitch>DD-6 (stereo out)>DL-4 w/ Expression Pedal>Stereo Tremolo>Headrush>Fender Deluxe 85(2x)

Seems alright to me.
The "^" symbol could be replaced by a "b" in my opinion, but I'd understand the tab anyway.
