Wassup YO!

Greetings from my workshop in space.

A few months ago I built this amp for Jarred!

Aww how cute not a hair out of place.

Anyhow, Jarred got a peavey windsor and didn't need a high gain practice amp anymore!

So he sent it back to me!

and I got to work! in space!

Then I watched the movie Thor! it was kickasss!

It's hard to drill in space!

BLUE IS BEAUTIFUL

Ya i only took like 4 pictures. whatever whatever.

So basically I had to get rid of that pcb because pcb's give you cancer of the balls.

Then I drilled some holes. Then I started soldering some stuff.

I had the schematic for the class 5 and even though it's a silly amp I wanted to see how the preamp sounded so I built it.

Then I had this extra hole and some extra knobs so I built a matchless spitfire preamp on the other channel only using a pentode connected 12ax7 (which uses both sides of a 12ax7 to emulate an ef86).

then I had another hole so I made it so you can switch between a 6v6 and an el84.

After that it was time to go to bed.

the end.

ps: it is hard to drill straight lines in space. while sitting. so whatever.

pps: specs ya! standard acousticmirrorisbest things. mil-spec resistors, paper in oil caps, nichicon electros. blah blah blah blah blah.
