Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the chords to this Big Time Rush song, If I Ruled the World. . . and before you guys go ballistic and freak out on me its for my 10 year old son lol

Anyway, he is just starting to learn barre chords but regular chords would be easier,..or maybe if using a capo would help simplify the chords...

I included two versions the recorded version and a live version . .There is some fingering in the beginning of the song-- But, I'm just need the rhythm

Recorded Version:

Live Version:

If anyone can help me out with the chords,..I would be most apprecaiative.
Thanks guys.

i was going bezerk before i even clicked the link, but sorry i dot know the chords (or how to work out what they are) and the other UGers are likely to be too lazy to help someone with a band that they dont like. sorry, search songsterr.com (its a tabs website, and yes, i meant the 2 Rs at the end.

EDIT: they already have it tabbed on UG, heres the link: http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/b/big_time_rush/if_i_ruled_the_world_crd_1076685id_22072011date.htm

Tuning is standard 1/2 step down (1 fret back) [Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb] I'll tab it standard.

Asus:x02200

Intro: (and pattern for the verse)

Wow!!! Excellent! Thank you so much! So, the original tune is 1/2 step down tuning!! I just couldn't figure that out at all. . .I think this song might be a bit challenging for my son, . . But, at least he can start to work on these chords!

Quick question, . .would these chords change if a capo was put on the 4th fret,.....or would they stay the same ... something like this version? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyVRLTsNrPo

I'm just wondering if there is an easier way to play this song. . .But, I dont know-- it just might be what it be. . .anyway, Thanks again crmrz!!! You're the best man . . .

this is the tab with Capo on4th fret:

G|--------0----------0----------0-----------0------------------------------|
D|-----2----------0-----------------------3--------------------------------|
A|---0-----------------------3----------------------------------------------|
E|--------------0-------------------------------------------------------------|

chords:

Am7:x0201
Gsus:3x001x
C:x32010
Fadd9:x33010

ahhhhh, I think that one is the winner! The capo version is much easier for my son to play, . . My son says thank you, . . .

is the Fadd9: x33010 supposed to be a Csus4 or is it a modified Fadd9 or something? 'Cause it sounds like it should be in F or F9. . .But I wasn't sure.
Anyway, thank you again for all your time crmz.
