Is there a way to use my Casio Px-400r as a midi controller for Fruity Loops?

I have this keyboard, and I love fruity Loops, but i totally hate how long it takes to make anything without a controller.... can I do this?

there sure is, you just need a midi to usb cable. I got a really cheap unbranded one off ebay and it does the job.

Actually this is incorrect as according to Amazon the keyboard has a USB 2.0 connection. This means it can connect directly to a computer without a converter.

If you want to use MIDI from a computer to play on sounds that are on the keyboard though you would need a MIDI cable

Make sure you connect and give it a second before starting FL for it to connect automatically. If there is no sound or you opened FL before connecting you must go to

Settings -> System -> "Rescan MIDI Devices"
