They are the same spec-wise. I'd get the MH, I'm not a fan of SG shaped guitars, at all.

The MH has a larger scale length....other than that everything else is cosmetic so try them out and see which is more comfy. They both look like your standard ESP/Schecter quilt/flame maple tops.

I for one really like the MH. I was gonna get one until I realized I wanted a 7.

As far as quality and specs are concerned, they're the exact same.

Everything else is going to be all on you. I mean... don't you know if you prefer a 24.75" vs 25.5" scale? That's gonna be the biggest difference.

If it means anything to you, the MH will hold it's resale value better. Vipers aren't worth anything.
