I agree that it's completely different from the rest of their stuff, but it's a song that most people like. If I'm trying to get someone into a band I want to play them a song that will make them want to check out more of their stuff

Only the most awesome song in the metal genre ever. Technically it's two songs but the first is just an intro so they must go together.

Bathory - Odens Ride Over Nordland/A Fine Day To Die

Or when people lol when I say I like Immortal I do this:

"So do you like Kashmir by Zeppelin?"
"derp lol omg yes I love puff daddy!"
"alright listen to this"
*Plays Tyrants by Immortal*

Others:
Nile - Unas, Slayer of the Gods
Aphex Twin - Ziggomatic 17 (really tough choice here...I'm still not 100% on it but it would certainly be something from Drukqs)
Boards of Canada - ROYGBIV or Left Side Drive if I am at a good bass capable stereo
Mastodon - Hearts Alive

My reasoning is I absolutely love the Ten album, (which Yellow Ledbetter was actually cut from, for those unaware) but I've never been into anything they've done afterwords. Plus, quite honestly I'm not really all that familiar with their later works.

Rolling Stones - Wild Horses, Brown Sugar, Miss You

Cream - Crossroads, Tale of Brave Ulysses, White Room

Do people write BTBAM because 'Between the Buried and Me' sounds kind of emoish in a queer way?
