I've seen this chord being played a bunch, and every single time, I can't get a good grasp of what notes are being played.
I think it might be:
E x
B x
G 2
D 3
A 1
E 4

The guitar player at 0:25 in this video goes from a C#min to the chord I'm trying to figure out.

Any help would be appreciated. And if someone could explain the change in notes/progression from C#m to the chord, that would be awesome
he changes to a c#m7/b

basically, he's playing c#m7 (x46454) with an extra minor 7 (b) in the bass, so the chord is 746454. from there it just goes to an A
modes are a social construct
