HOLY SHIT. That hill is two minutes away from me! It's called Colmers Hill. Or locally, Hiker's Hill. As it looks like two hikers. I can see that from my house. RIGHT NOW.

I recommend "liking" National Geographic on Facebook, every day they post something that'll blow your mind.

Haha, that's quite a.... coincidence >.>

Pretty cool, though. The other day someone posted a mapcrunch link to a place on the same, small island I grew up on in Sweden. Was weird as hell.

Especially as we just accept that hill as a hill and nothing more really. Seems weird.

But all the local photographers get up at 4 in the morning and take pictures of that hill then develop them in black and white because they're all deep and sentimental. Every shop has a picture of that hill in. I think I even have one in my house :/ ANYWAY, more pics.

Maiden Castle. Also just down the road. Those ramparts (wave like hills) are a bitch to climb. Getting an army to assault that castle would be a hell of a job. It's been there since the Iron Age.

ALSO this.

I'm gunna link it cuz it can be disturbing. It's probably the weirdest place I've ever seen. It just feels empty and shallow. It's not a nice place at all. It's called Aokigahara

Google it. BUT, there are some pretty disturbing pictures.

All of the above pics make me go "dayyuuum". Some really cool places in the world.

This is socotra island in Yemen. It's noted for it's unusual fauna and human ruins.

Going to bed, though, but I'll continue tomorrow.
