I've had a cheap electric guitar for a good two years now, and I'm lookingmto get something better. I don't have much money to spend though, don't want to go too much over $100. Any suggestions?
$100 is a cheap electric guitar, maybe you might want to save a bit more first
If you're definition of "something better" is in the 100 dollar range.... you are going to be either very easily impressed or incredibly disappointed.
Save your money, and unless you're looking used (and even then, beware) don't waste it on anything less than 350-400. That's where you have to go for any level of craftsmanship and quality in the components. Its the sad truth I'm afraid.

My Tumblr: Lots of artist recommendations, album reviews, and ideas about music (as well as some film and bike stuff).

Go Sharks! Go Wings! Go Flyers! Go Kings!
Save until you have about four hundred, plan on getting a used guitar, and practice loads until then. Then we'll be willing to help.

These are the answers I was afraid of. Guess I'll just keep this one.
