The reverb on my Vox AC30 has ceased to work out of nowhere. Regardless of whether or not the footswitch is involved, I still cannot get reverb out of the amp. Any ideas on why this is and how to fix it? I am wondering if the reverb is spring on this amp, and maybe the springs have come off while transporting my amp on a cart pulled on a bumpy surface. Thanks!

I love a Dimebag tone just as much as anyone else. I'm Definitely considering a spider.

Check the reverb cables going to and from the pan. Those can get disconnected or dirty. A complete lack of reverb isn't a great sign, though. It may be the SS reverb circuitry itself, which is harder to diagnose. Turn the reverb all the way up and then kick the pan to see if you're at least getting output. If not, your driver IC might be shot.
