I've got a Randall 4x12 cab that I got on craigslist a while ago and it has a very unwanted rattle/rumble sound when the open A note is played. My band plays in drop d(ew) so anytime there's a low d palm mute it releases a very annoying rumble noise. I know its centered around the A because it decreases the higher or lower you go away from that note to where it doesn't rumble at all.

Does anyone know of any possible fixes for this?
Obviously Fassa.
Check all the screws in both the cabinet and speakers. Sounds like resonance.

Found the problem, there were TEN screws missing in the back. I put some screws in that I found in the workshop and that helped tremendously.
Obviously Fassa.
