Do the rest of you feel this way, when thinking about the future, as well?

Edit: specifically, your own future.

things are going pretty well for me at the moment even though I have barely enough money to live on, so I can't see how the future won't be pretty much like now, but with more money.

Nope. I'm excited about the future.

In the next 2-3 months I'll be passing my driving test, getting a work visa for Australia, and moving out to (probably) Brisbane.

No, I'm not scared. Because I already know I'm completely fucked.
I shall grant you three wishes.

None of which will work.

Does the above post enrage, offend or confuse you?

Good.

i realized what i am scared of. i am scared that i already know what my life holds for me, that i ill live a life of regret, and that these actions will only impede me in living a life worth living.

i am worried that i have lived this life already.

This.

You'd be stupid if you wasn't at least "reasonably concerned" but you have to act spontaniously occasionaly just to keep stuff interesting.

My daughter's just turned 13, thankfully we're great friends and share lots of interests. I still get the bratty teen stuff from her occasionaly but nothing too serious. We talk about stuff that I could never talk about with my own parents.

Y'see, what I've always tried to do is explain why I've said 'no' whenever I say it. If I have to, I'll debate the point with her, but it usualy ends up with her seeing sense and agreeing with me.

Nah, no use. You can't control the past, you can't control the future either.

Oh, and there's no use trying to control the present as well!

The future for me is getting my wisdom teeth removed in an hour, and yes I'm scared, it freaking hurts.

But the long future, I don't know. I do sometimes am scared I won't find a job I like but otherwise nothing really.
