This would cost a pretty penny but i think it would be worth it, i would like to integrate the pedal directly into a space i could rout out in the back of the body and wire it so that from the pickups which each have their own volume control split going to the pedal interface (of course controls would be on the front) and just straight pickups. im trying to figure out how i could wire it, i have a few friends on call who are avionics mechanics on military helicopters, im sure they would know how, or maybe just guessing and testing.

any input from GB&C?

Discrepancy: While at 110 KIAS and 35 deg AOB with full right pedal, trims would not keep helicopter in correct Outer roll loop.

well i looked at it. I know practically nothing about how to build those beauties but if you were to build it. it would look awesome. As for the sound. No expert in that so cant give you feedback for that

I've Been playing dimarzio pickups for the past 4 years so I can anticipate the sound as I've owned different basses with these pickups just never in tje same rig.
As for the pedal I've toyed with it once and liked the range
Of enhancements it could give and I love having everything in a nice package. I'm mostly
Concerned with the way I would take this 500 dolly
BODY and just tear into it with tools. I fix helicopters, so
Carpentry doesn't come naturally to me and I would hate to ruin this awesome design and finish just for a project.

If you're worried about that, get an unfinished body and finish it yourself after you make all your modifications. It's not that hard, and would also save you a good bit of cash on that body.

i dont know if the neck will show of that good with the body, the wood difference is pretty significant and that neck features white binding, did you make a mockup to see how it would look? this is just my opinion so ignore it if you will :p, it might change after a mockup

yeah i was reconsidering the neck and theres one on the website that matches the body

http://www.warmoth.com/Showcase/ShowcaseNeck.aspx?i=BN3296&Body=1

i might do this instead.

as far as the body problem i was anticipating im thinking just to get a feel for it i may rip apart an old guitar with the same finish and try to see where i mess up, and for the wiring i think i might just get all the electronics and hardmount them onto a piece of scale wood or something figure out the routing and how stuff will be wired with switches and knobs ect before i mount them in the actual body.

if anyone knows where i could find a n unfinished body just like this i would be greatly appreciative.
