What a shame. The guy was a hell of a boxer.

He had a long and tough fight with cancer, and while it sucks that he's gone, at least he's not suffering.

RIP.

DIdn't know who he was until I heard, but it's a damn shame. R.I.P. bro. You knocked down Muhammad Ali, you sure as hell have earned it.

Boxing is the best sport I've never followed. Always found it interesting, but due to a combination of not really having a way to watch any new matches, and not knowing how I'd go about watching stuff like Ali vs. Frazier, never have followed it.

If you're not trolling you should go fuck yourself, I was really sad hearing these news Joe was a warrior and a really nice guy

His trilogy with Ali is legendary, he took on a undefeated prime Ali and beat him in a brutal fight.

RIP smokin' Joe.

Everybody knows who was and who is Joe Frazier.
My dad had his pictures all overr the wall.
How often have we chased the dream of progress, only to see that dream perverted?
More often than not, haven't the machines we built to improve life shattered the lives of millions?
And now we want to turn that dream on ourselves, to fundamentally improve who we are.
Experience has shown me how dangerous that can be.

yeah, setting aside his own accomplishments, he only helped define one of the most iconic figures in history, so who cares about that guy.
