Hello, all.
Once more I am asking you about the hint for rg570, I wanna buy. The guy sent me the photos from tremolo (I do not like the fact, he blocked it-could maybe dull the knifes...) to the head (I wanted to see, if the neck is not twisted, or warped - not meaning the relief). Do you think it is ok? It seems to me a bit twisted, but it could be because camera, my bad eyes or the thick bass strings (he used B tuning). What do you think about it. Thanks for the opinions. The transport there will cost something, so I wanna be sure, I am not going to buy bad thing...

It's not possible to determine if a neck is straight from a picture. The only reliable way to check is to measure. It doesn't look like there's anything horribly wrong with that neck, but that's as much as anyone can say. As you noted, pictures can be inaccurate and impossible to diagnose.

If it's an RG570 I HIGHLY doubt the knife edges are dull, since it has an Edge on it. Those things are basically indestructible as far as FR style locking trems go.

But as far as neck straightness, you can't judge that from pictures.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Thanks for the opinions, guitar is at home and seems to be in perfect condition, but some body chips. Now I only have to select pups for her...
