With the Line 6 Pod HD 500, is it possible to run a balanced output to the house mixing board that has the guitar cab simulated and at the same time run a balanced output without cab simulation to my own rack-mount power amp going out to my actual guitar cab? I imagine this is possible with something like the Axe-FX but I don't have that kind of cash to throw around. Thanks guys.

That's what I thought. I had an X3 Live a while ago but I never tried this. I'm guessing if you were to run the dual amp and have one go panned full left with the cab off and one full right with the cab on then use the respective balanced outs it should work but I'm not totally sure.

that's exactly how you would do it. One amp with cab, one amp without. then split them left/right
