as the thread states, i had tried putting in a 74 in the allocated Low B hole and it refused to fit, so much for a baritone... My guitar is a RGD7320z.

Drop G, i got it set-up at a local store, but they didn't a horrible job. I told them to set it with the lowest action, thick strings, tune it to G, sadly they did none of that so looks like i gotta do it myself lol. The scale is 26.5 so initially i was expected it to hold Drop G without any issues.

Yep, don't bother telling a store what you want in a setup. They'll do it however they want anyway.

Low action? Nah, why bother.

The tuning you want? Lolnah.

Just gotta learn to setup yourself.

As far as I know, a 64 is pushing it.. Or at least it was on the trem on my Agile 7. Dunno how much thicker it could take tbh.

At 26.5, I think a 64 could do g decently. Try it.

I know it'll piss you off to hear this, but you should've gone with the hardtail version of this guitar, trems always limit string thickness somewhat.
