Hey guys.
I don't plan on inserting a truss rod, that's why I'll make it 3,5cm thick. the head is 1,5cm to make fitting ordinary tuners possible. Do you think the string pressure could be a problem? The strings' action is 1cm. The whole thing is 70cm long.
The bridge & nut will be made of black locust wood, which is pretty hard, but still - can I experience and problems with strings eating in the wood gradually?
What's bothering me the most is wiring. How do you create holes for the wires so they are not seen from outside? Or do you just have to route them out, and then cover them up?
It'll look somehow like this:

Not sure if a sig is a necessity.

that looks like the most expensive, multi string diddley bo I've ever seen. Awesome
I love all 5 (sold a couple) of my Carvin X-100b's.
