Hey guys. On my tuner it has the option of normal, b (flat) and thenbb (which i have no idea what that means) So what does it mean?

Double flat. Means exactly what it sounds like.
What do you guys listen to when playing video games?

It means it will register "in tune" two half steps below the displayed note. My tuner does the same thing. Say you want to tune to D Standard. You would use the double flat option to get the E string to D, A string to G, etc.
^^The above is a Cryptic Metaphor^^
