I put a ton of my capital into SW Airlines... The next day, THE NEXT DAY these nutters fly into the WTC. What the hell? Apparently no one wanted to fly anymore, and I was like "What gives? God damnit Osama, let me win a fuggin' game!"

Thread over.

This isn't a "Greatest album" thread, rather "Perfect album" thread. There can be more than one perfect album in the world, hence me posting two examples. It it were a greatest album thread, I would post the Nena one and only the Nena one.

That album was the one that showed me Dream Theater has something for everyone.

Even "Innocence Faded" appeals to the pop side of me.

I agree with all of this but with Far Beyond Driven instead of VDoP.

I think most of DT's albums are perfect all the way through (especially since they're my favorite band), Awake is just my favorite.

Images & Words, Awake, Metropolis Pt. 2: SFaM, Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, Octavarium, and A Dramatic Turn of Events are all perfect in my eyes.

I've always been a Pantera fanatic, it was hard to pick between the two.

Same, they're both kind of equal in awesomeness, I just like FBD a tad more.

Almost

If it had an epic "Third Eye" type closer, instead of the stupid alien track, it would be the best thing ever

Faaip is more of a hidden track than a closer, for me the album ends on Triad, with the ending climax definitely being in Reflections.

Oh god I haven't listened to this in ages, I'm popping it in right now.
