Well, I am considering buying my friends 250 watt power amp and I was wondering.
Could I Run that through my 100 watt amp head? Would it just blow my Set up?

If not how would I set it up? would it be Guitar>Power amp>preamp>Noisegate>Amp head>Cab?

btw I am rather new here. Put simply, I am a noob.

haha yes it would blow it up. Why do (think?) you need a power amp for your guitar?

Didn't you say that you had a stuffed fox that you would occasionally fuck?

Honestly.... I have no idea. I just wanted it haha.

Could I just replace the amp head with the Power amp instead? 250 watts would be a lot nicer then 100...

You could use the power amp as a slave unit and send a direct out from your guitar amp to the input of the power amp. You would need a second set of speakers to hook the power amp to though.
Maximum volume yields maximum goats.

Yes, you could do guitar>preamp>power amp>cab if you wanted... make sure your cab is rated over 250 watts.

I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.
