Do you like being sigged or, like me do you feel strangely violated?

Probably The Doors at the Hollywood Bowl

Or Incubus at Red Rocks.

I've been to my time machine concert when i saw the allman brothers play at an army base. The atmosphere was VERY bizarre. I had never had a feeling like i'd been transported back in time before, but i did that night. It was about 2003. A joint the size of a cucumber got handed to me at one point, and nobody seemed to want it after they handed it to me. Okey dokey. Got kicked out for being spotted with my smuggled in beer. Talked my way back in. Totally unexpectedly and mid song, the army shut the power off on the allman brothers. That's when it turned into 1969. The crowd was pissed, the band was pissed. Greg Allman got up and started yelling at somebody&pointing at his watch. Minutes passed that seemed like hours. Pissed hippies&nervous army. Weird scene. Power came back on and a furious gregg allman said over the mic, "we ain't nowhere near done, sarge." The crowd went nuts. I proceeded to enjoy watching the best live show i have and likely will ever see.

Wouldn't mind watching their unplugged either.
Or Alice In Chains..

In fact, every concert I want to go to has already happened

Oh well, hopefully Radiohead this summer.

Radiohead + Florence = Awesome beauty of mystic proportions.

Woodstock

I concur...I was at Woodstock '94 and glad I missed Woodstock '99...but to get to see Jimi, Santana, Joe Cocker (list goes on and on)

If not Woodstock then I would have to say Pink Floyd durring the Darkside Tour...there was so much bitterness and pain in those sets that the only thing left was the Music, and man what beautiful music it was.

Good call.

Velvet Underground in 67, Television in 77 or Clash about 79 would be other ones I'd like to see besides Dylan in 65 @ Newport.

People who pick the date for the most famous show of their favorite band are missing out, just go back in time to when the band started and see all their shows.

Maiden in 82. The debut of some famous classical piece would be pretty awesome too.
