i'm no professional but you're "exercise routine" seems more like a shopping list. But really you take so many breaks in between stuff that your heart rate is never elevated that long which does you no good for boosting your metabolism and loosing weight.

Either do a ketogenic low carb diet or intermediate fasting, both awesome for cutting.
As for cardio you can't go wrong with HIIT, start with 30 second sessions for jog and sprint and go up from there.
