The vintage. High end epiphones are very good, but the studio is one of the lowest tiers they have (I believe)
You can't go wrong with the vintage imho

This. Epiphones are only better Standard level +. The studios are far too skinny.

Having been on a similar shopping trip recently, I would absolutely agree with the Vintage. It just felt more substantial than the Epi's, nicer sound and better playability too. But yeah, go out to some shops and have a play, It's the only way you'll be able to make a really informed decision.

And it's just a thought, but if you wanted to save up a bit more, the Tanglewood TSB 58 is a very good LP copy...
