What key would I be in if I used the chords G, D, A and B?

And what scales could I use to solo over them? (It's a rock/punk song)

I know, my theory's terrible...

Thanks guys!

Are these all major? If the B is a minor chord then they'd be in D major or B minor.

What order do the chords go in? Are these all power chords? Is it a cover (and if so post link).

Or if you want to figure it out yourself, where does it feel it resolves/ends/feels like home etc. It's going to be x major or minor.
And no, Guitar Hero will not help. Even on expert. Really.

They're all power chords. That's pretty much all I know... The B is 7th fret low E string. If it's major or minor, I don't know. Hope that helps...

And they're in the order shown.

Sorry for my lack of theory knowledge. I'd be a terrible Jazz player.

Does it feel right if you play G at the end?

Well the song ends on an A5. The song does a bar of each chord (in that order) in the verse and then repeats. And then the chorus starts back on the G5 again.

This guy has it.

If they're all power chords then i'd say G major scale because of that F# in the B5 chord.
