Hey, I'm looking for an amp that fits with my prs custom 24 2011.
I like playing guns 'n roses, Jimi Hendrix, B.B. King, Metallica,...
If you know something, please let me know. Thanks

Budget? - What is practical for you and what is your limit?

New or Used? - Lots of great amps out there used, especially in a down economy.

Home or Gig? - Also important. Maybe you do both. Jamming with a drummer can be considered 'gigging' but you won't have a PA etc.

Closest City? - We aren't here to stalk you but we need to know where you are in the world roughly and we can help further if we know what city you are in (ie craigslist, local shops, Guitar Center used section, etc)

Current Gear? - Also good for us to know.

I play a lot of the same stuff as you. I run my PRS thru a Mesa Stiletto Ace 212 and I am able to get the sounds I am looking for straight from the amp with little external processing.

My budget is around the thousand dollars, but I prefer less. And it doesn't matter if its used or not, although I prefer new.
I play in a band, but mostly home and I live in Belgium, but I don't mind ordering from other countries.
I'm only playing for like 2 years so I have a cube 30 x and a prs custom 24 which I am very proud off!

Thank you for replying so quickly.

Sorry, I was a bit quick and didn't really ask my parents, so I think I will have to adjust my budget for around 500 dollars.
Sorry, but thanks for helping!

Isn't a bit pricy? And I think no one would sell a dumble ods!
But thanks for helping

jet city 20 watt and a decent cab.

So you have a custom 24 and a cube?

Weird.

She insists to wear this lights.

I don't think so.

How can I persuade her?

In that price range I would go with a modeling amp. Your interests are too diverse to make an inexpensive tube rig work well. So maybe a Peavey Vypyr 75 or something if you play in a band and need some volume.

People are joking about the Dumble.
