Sup Pit,

Who are your heroes/motivation/inspiration? The people that you aspire to be as great as, the people that motivate you to be just as good as them, the people you admire and respect.

For me, it would be the SAS. When I was a kid I'd always hear stories about how they were the toughest of the tough, how they'd overcome any obstacle in order to avoid defeat, and push past exhaustion and keep pushing anyway. They were the reason I wanted to be a soldier for most of my childhood and whenever I find myself exhausted and don't think I can do something any further I always think of these guys and how they would be going hard anyway.

Go.

I never saw the point in having a "hero."

There are people I look up to but I wouldn't call them heroes

Tosin Abasi, Ryan Dunn, John Lennon, and, as cliche as it is, my father. I'll probably have 5 come to my head as soon as I post this.

This. I have great respect for many people, but I can never think of any that 'inspire' me like the TS suggests.

to be honest, I thought they were awful. I mean some of the songs our drummer's written was better than their stuff.
