The title says it all, I've got a mint Fender Toronado I no longer need, and could use the cash to fund other gear.

For those who aren't familiar with the Toronado, it has an offset waist style Alder body (similar to the Jazzmaster or Jaguar,) with a Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard. It's Fender's only guitar to feature a 24.75" scale, which is most commonly associated with Gibson electric guitars. Electronics include dual Atomic humbuckers and 2 tone/2 volume/3 way toggle controls. It has a Duo-Sonic style string-through-body bridge, chrome Gotoh/Kluson style tuners, and chrome knurled Telecaster style knobs. It was part of Fender's Deluxe series, which were built to higher quality standards than their Standard MIM offerings. More information can be found on the Wikipedia page for the Fender Toronado.

It's in great shape, never gigged, no nicks/dings or other scars, just the usual scratches on the pickguard from casual use. It sounds great, too... the Atomic humbuckers aren't too hot, and aren't too low output either, giving a wide variety of tones. These are becoming harder to find, especially the first run models, and this one is a great example. I'm asking $500 plus shipping OBO, or trade for a MIM Fender '72 Telecaster Deluxe. Paypal is preferred, but other payment methods will be considered.
