CLOSED!

==RULES OF THE THREAD==

1 - NO FLAMING : This is an opinion poll. If someone nominates your favorite song, that's their call, you don't have to abuse them for it.

2 - LIMIT OF THREE VOTES PER PERSON : For obvious reasons we can only have three votes each. Please stick to that limit and dob in anyone who doesn't like a good little taddle-tale so we can keep the poll fair.

3 - ONE UNIQUE NOMINATION PER PERSON : If it's not on the list, you may nominate ONE song per person. Keep it fair.

__________________________________________________________

We'll start with a few of the well known monstrosities released this year.
Also, since everyone has a different way of listing songs, the rule for submissions is SONG TITLE IN ITALICS and (optional) ARTIST TITLE IN BOLD as shown below. Please and thankyou.
Without any further ado

Did you read the rules?

You have THREE votes each. One Nomination (which counts as a vote.

Having only one would be cruel since noone can decide on just one ;P

Moves like Jagger is great.

Super Bass (vote)

STARSTRUKK - 3OH3! cause I hate how catchy it is

Jesus christ, design the skyline. It takes SEVEN of them to create music that bad.

Moves Like Jagger has my vote.

I'd never vote for Rebecca Black, she provided lots of lulz and she then went on an interview and started talking about how the song describes this generation's need for approval by going to social events and other social issues i.e. she was trolling. That girl is awesome.

Bruno Mars - Lazy Song.

simply because that video makes me condone physical violence of the murderous type.

edit: I nominate that Nickelback song - when we stand together.
Just 'cos

Good call with the One Direction song, I see it as a fat girl song ie fat girls listen to it to make themselves feel better about being fat

Sexy And I Know It isn't really meant to be taken seriously so I don't see it as a valid choice. Put me down for Design the Skyline.

Really? That song always made me want to relax and chill out. It's probably the best one on that list.

Also this. Just watch the video clip and you'll see how obvious it is that they're just screwing around. I think it's funny.

This wasn't my suggestion. I don't mind Bruno Mars at all

This was, however one of my votes. I hate LMFAO, actually got to meet (kinda, I saw them) in melbourne. They were absolute wankers and kept feeling up 16 year old girls. None of their songs have lyrical content that a drunk kindergartner couldn't write and they don't even make the backing tracks anymore.

.. yeah (My parts aren't in magenta)

Also, I'm up to date as of now. May be going to bed soon, so this is a referance post.

I wasn't talking to you specifically, I knew these were all nominees.

Also LMFAO being paedos doesn't change the fact that a lot of what they do is just for shits and giggles.

Bruno Mars - The Lazy Song

And Only Girl in the World, is not only a great song, but it's 2010. I distinctly remember dancing to it New Years Eve.
#40
I ****ing hate Moves Like Jagger, maybe partly because I'm a huge Rolling Stones fan and because I've met people who'd never even heard of him before that damn song came out.

Also, has anyone else noticed how whenever people try to sing the chorus they end up raping your ear?
