I don't know about the name (it kinda sucks), but this is a rough draft of a song I wrote (Better than most I have written. I have matured a lot as a writer over the past few months) based on real life events. More than once I almost walked away from this, as it brought too many memories. The (wise) words of some friends were what kept me going.

Here goes nothing:

Oh, sweet embrace
The Last of my days
Spent in pain and fear
Suffering, no longer face
The troubles within me

Please, please help me
I cannot believe
I know to be true
This love I can blindly see
Please help me

I'm falling (Help me please)
Can't break free (Sweet release)
Why? Why me? (Take my hand)
Help
Me
Please

I loved you but
You loved me not more
I need help, your help
To help me, cannot put
In its place

You, no longer
By my side I can't
Understand your reason
Death, for no more I hunger
Please help me

I'm falling (Help me please)
Can't break free (Sweet release)
Why? Why me? (Take my hand)
Help
Me
Please

You were never there
In my time of need
It all seems so unfair
You cannot set me free

I must say
Goodbye

EDIT: I just read through this (Again). Except for the rhyme scheme, it seems pretty cliched to me.

Oh freakin' well. I'll live.
