So i just got this cable:
http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/Uno.html

It comes with a drivers software, do i need to install it?
Also how do i use it, and what does it do? The guy that sold me my keyboard said that i needed one. Can i save midi sounds on it, then put it in my keyboard and use those sounds?

The Cable itself has no memory capability, it is designed to connect a midi device (your keyboard) to the USB of your computer.

Typically, Midi Controllers are used when you want to use your keyboard with your computer, like this:

If you want to use it this with the computer, I would install the drivers, then plug the MIDI-In on the cable into the MIDI-Out of the keyboard, and vice-versa (Midi-Out to Midi-in)

It would help to know what kind of Keyboard you have, and what you want to accomplish with the MIDI Cable.

The USB Output is Usually multifaceted (It can be used for multiple tasks), so It wouldn't hurt to try.
