Hm, most of you have very American lists.

Mine in no particular order:
The Tree of Life
Der Himmel über Berlin
Jesus Christ Superstar
Mulholland Drive
El Laberinto del Fauno
La Science des Rêves
Magnolia
Dekalog

Into the Wild

Donnie Darko

Okay, that's twelve. Whatever.
And what is more, there's been a bloody purple nose and some bloody purple clothes that were messing up the lobby floor. It's just apartment house rules so all you 'partment fools remember : one man's ceiling is another man's floor.

True, those are the best ones, with 5 miles away from the rest. But the other three weren't that bad, seen much worse. Also Natalie Portman, while hot, is not a very good actress and there are better things about the first three films (like Jar Jar trollololol)

- There Will Be Blood
- Taxi Driver
- Sweet Smell of Success
- LA Confidential
- The Godfather
- Dead Man's Shoes
- Reservoir Dogs
- Dr Strangelove
- Fight Club
- Mean Streets

28 Days Later should make it in there somewhere, but I don't know what to replace it with.
#37
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Scarface
The Godfather part 2
Dog Day Afternoon
Anchorman
Superbad
The Big Lebowski
Philadelphia
Forrest Gump

ten i could think of off the top of my head (which probably explains why there are a lot of similar actors)

We have very similar tastes in film by the seems of it (though I have yet to see Sweet Smell of Success).

City of God
Pulp Fiction
Chronicles of Riddick
Inglorious Basterds
The Sandlot
Inception
The Empire Strikes Back
The Big Lebowski
The Dark Knight

There are probably others, but these are what came to mind first. Especially City of God, anyone who hasn't seen that should do so right away.

Yeah I own all the films on your list, and big into gangster films. Yeah you would probably like Sweet Smell of Success, it's got amazing dialogue.
