I don't think I can take any band seriously that has a pokemon in their logo...

There's potential in there but there's a few things that I'd work on.

1 - The singers vocal commitment:

Singing is hard, don't get me wrong I can't do it very well but the singer needs to work on projecting. At the moment he sounds like he's kinda breathing the words instead of singing with any real commitment.

2 - Timing:

I can't tell if the recording just sounds of time because of the recording quality or you guys are genuinely out of time. Though timing is something even the tightest of bands can work on. This just comes with practise (and getting the drummer to practise with a metronome)

3 - Recording:

It's hard to judge the quality of playing with a recording that bad. What you have at the moment is certainly nothing I'd want to send to promoters for gig bookings. Work on the first two and invest in one or two good quality recordings.
