I have read and thought about getting a guitar schedule.

I have looked at Tom Hess' practice generator: http://practicegenerator.com/
It looks great, what do you think?

But my question is: How should my guitar schedule look like / what should I practice when?

My musical goals:
-Increase picking hand speed
-Increase fretting hand speed
-Master hand synchronisation
-Master sweep picking
-Master tapping

These goals are areas that I want to improve with help from a guitar schedule. Can you help me UGs!?
